Florida Senate Bill 184 (2025) may affect ADU permitting approaches, but actual requirements vary by local zoning ordinance. We assist with local compliance analysis. This statement is not legal advice.
Typically 3–6 months from contract to move-in, depending heavily on local permitting timelines. Permitting alone can range from 4 weeks to 12+ weeks depending on your municipality. All timelines are estimates.
